Commercial Capabilities	Kennametal is a global producer of tungsten based powder. Components and cutting tool systems. These products are made from tungsten concentrates. Tungsten scrap, tungsten intermediates or finished tungsten and tungsten carbide powders purchased on the open market and processed in Kennametal facilities. All tungsten concentrates purchased and used by Kennametal since January 31, 2013 come from mines outside of the DRC and surrounding countries (i.e., "Covered Countries) or from government stockpiles such as the US Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Kennametal also does not use tungsten concentrates from Mozambique. South Africa or Kenya. All companies that supply Kennametal with tungsten-based products are required to certify that these materials do not contain any of the materials supporting conflict as defined in the Dodd-Frank Act
